Each license is good for one calendar year from the date of your purchase and entitle you to Support and Updates during that time.  When your license expires you can continue to use Pro, but you will not receive any updates. License renewals receive a 30% discount off the normal price. 

If you’ve already purchased a license key and need to retrieve the license number or download the plugin files manually, go to https://store.sendpress.com/your-account and sign in with your SendPress account (used at checkout). Download links and license key(s) are available upon logging in.

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & PayPal. We only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a purchase order, take a check or take any orders over the phone.

Yes, we will consider refunds, but only in some special situations. You can find more information about the refund policy on the terms and conditions page

SendPress license keys are subscription-based and will automatically renew every year unless cancelled or there is an issue with your Payment. If you decide to cancel, you may still use the SendPress Pro but you will no longer receive updates or support after the license key expires.

If you decide to cancel your subscription you can do so from the Your Account page once you log in.

We officially support the current and previous release on Mac and Windows of all the major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari). Basically, if your browser works with the current version of WordPress, it will work with SendPress too.

No way. If your subscription is canceled or expires, your emails will still work just fine unless something changes with the WordPress core itself. You just won’t have access to download the Pro plugin, receive product updates, or be able to access new add-ons or awesome product support that we offer. Some features (current and future) may always require a valid license if they use services outside of your WordPress site that cost us money to operate (such as spam checking).

No. The WordPress.com hosted platform is closed and you are not allowed to install additional plugins so you would be unable to install SendPress.

No. SendPress has been specifically developed and formulated to work with WordPress. It leverages core WordPress functionality and won’t work on other content management systems. Please note, you can’t use SendPress with the hosted WordPress.com service at this time. We know… bummer.

You can either enter your active license key into the settings on the Pro tab of the free version or login to our website with the account you created and download the plugin from the your account page.

Yes. The Pro version adds functionality to the Free one but does not stand alone. Both must be installed and activated.
